With over a decade of experience across eight small businesses and hundreds of consulting engagements, we offer hands-on coaching, custom incubators, and practical programs tailored to real people with real dreams.
We also work with nonprofits, schools, and local governments to build inclusive innovation pipelines and help institutions strengthen their impact and income through entrepreneurship.

We use low-cost tools, trust-based mentoring, and step-by-step support to help everyday people—and the organizations that serve them—enter change and make it last.
About the Founder
Crystal Fickers is a serial entrepreneur, business coach, and ecosystem builder with over 19 years of experience in the nonprofit and social impact space—and nearly a decade spent helping everyday people turn bold ideas into sustainable small businesses.
Crystal has owned or managed eight small businesses across multiple countries, often building from scratch with limited resources and no safety net. That lived experience drives her passion for supporting underestimated entrepreneurs—particularly women+, immigrants, and low-income founders—who are ready to create lasting change in their own lives and communities.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Enterchange, Crystal leads consulting engagements with cities, community colleges, and mission-aligned nonprofits to design inclusive business incubators, build entrepreneur support networks, and close access gaps in funding and training.
Whether working one-on-one or shaping systems from the inside out, Crystal brings heart, strategy, and a fierce commitment to helping people enter change—and stay in business.
